Does the Unown V from Legends Awakened do 10 damage to your benched pokemon before the attack or after? Because I have 2 Unown A's from Neo Discovery that let Unown V do 10 more damage for each damage counter on them and its got me confused.

The "do 10 damage to each Benched Pokemon" is part of the attack. Unown V would do 30 damage to the Defending Pokemon, and 10 damage to each of your Benched Pokemon. After that, Anger would trigger (but remember, only 1 Anger can be used).
If the Unown A had 1 damage counter on it, Unown V would do 40 to the Defending Pokemon and 20 to all your Bench.
