Ruling Unown K?

Unown K from SW says remove 2 damage counters from one of the defending pokemon, does that include your pokemon?

No, the defending pokemon is your opponent's active pokemon... it says 1 of the defending pokemon, 'cause they have tag team tournys, and stuff.

Why would you want to heal your opponent's pokemon? That doesn't really come in handy.

I know... that's what I thought... a lot of the unkowns are like that, like unknown P

Pokepower: put
put one damage counter on 1 of your pokemon

then
Unknown H
HEAL: if you have unknown H, E, A and L, on the bench, remove all special conditions from your active pokemon.

Unown Z works actually works well with Unown P. His Hidden Power says remove as many damage counters as you like from each Unown you have in play and put that many damage counters on the defending pokemon. But that will take too long to work well.

Unless its primary attack does damage based on the number of damage counters on itself.

Such as this attack from Mysterious Treasures Magicarp:

Magikarp
30 HP
Pokémon Type: W
Basic Pokémon
Illus. Yusuke Ohmura
C Flail 10x
Does 10 damage times the number of damage counters on Magikarp.
WW Dragon Rage 60
Flip 2 coins. If either of them is tails, this attack does nothing.
Weakness: L+10
Retreat Cost: C
Collector Number: 89/123
Rarity: C

Good reason to take away damage that is on Magikarp or Gyarados.

Gyarados
120 HP
Pokémon Type: W
Stage 1 Pokémon
Evolves from Magikarp
Illus. Mitsuhiro Arita
[Poké-Body] Dragon DNA
Gyarados can use any attack from its Basic Pokémon. (You still have to pay for that
attack's Energy cost.) If Gyarados uses any attack from its Basic Pokémon, that attack
does 30 more damage to the Active Pokémon (before applying Weakness and Resistance).

WWCC Enrage 80
Flip a coin until you get tails. For each heads, choose 1 card from your opponent's hand
without looking and discard it. If the first coin is tails, Gyarados is now Confused.
Weakness: L+30
Resistance: F-20
Retreat Cost: CCC
Collector Number: 26/123
Rarity: R

Unown P can't put damage counters on one of your unowns

unknown P works with Ursaring/Teddiursa. Ursaring does 100 if there is damage on any teddiursa, and then remove that damage.

Unown K can be used with Drapion Lv X and Metagross to bring out a pokemon of your opponent's that can't really attack (like Claydol), and snipe your opponent's bench, but keep the useless pokemon alive with Unown K (Snipe Tail also stops the defending pokemon from retreating).
