Uncommons, You Shall Get Your Reward

Well, it does not really matter since the uncommons are not longer needed to get to the stronger pokemon.
 
Besides, they don't even look that good either. But, it's not everyday you see a stage-2 that's Uncommon.
 
Slowking's isn't. It is the kind of stuff that makes little kids happy. They oppen their pack, get a junk rare, and scream "Mommy! I got a Donphan!" I guess these "under rankings" are better than them making them rares. We can't get too confortable though. PUSA is known for bumping up rarities.

But it's not that big of a deal. Most of the LV. X forms in RR are uncommons. [save for Luxray GL and Flygon.]

But yeah it doesn't really matter to me they're terrible could care less about 'em.
 
We're talking about HGSS where they don't level guys. Anyway Typhlosion aside none of them are really spectacular, they either don't do enough, or take too many energy.
 
I think most people realized this and the general attitude is that it's not that important.
