UD Smeargle any good?

So I just got multiple trade offers for my UD smeargles within a few hours of each other. Which always makes me wonder. Is there some kind of really good new combo out there for it? My only thought was trying to catch a hunter so you can really limit the size of your opponent's bench. Anything else?

i personally like using smeargle as a starter. getting to use two supporters each turn can be quite useful.
also, it lets you see your opponents hand, which is good in many situations
 
It can be used in many disruption decks (sablock/chenlock) and in any deck that need help with set up. Also it's a good card to save for the rotation since it will certainly be one of the good starters after the rotation.

 
Basically it's good for setup purposes, as it not only looks at your opponent's hand, but copies a Supporter in it. It's most commonly seen in SP decks but it can be used most anywhere, because of its neat perk for 2x Supporter per turn. (Think about it. USING 2 CYRUS IN ONE TURN.)

It's very similar to Jirachi RR in that respect, however since it can look at the opponent's hand, that makes it so much the better. It's a good card; don't trade it away frivolously.
 
It's great, but the problem is its RC of 2. I would even possibly consider using it as prize bait to be able to play Twins/Black Belt.

It's a good starter and it's a Holo making it that much more wanted.

I love this card! I have seven of them and I'm looking for more. =D

Anyways, you see your opponent's hand. If they have a supporter, use it; if they don't, then you know they don't have a great start and you can set up with confidence.
 
Aahhh my bad >.< yeah, that makes it 10x better. How I thought it had a retreat cost of 2, I don't know...
 
Smeargle is an amazing card. Any naysayers are wrong... there is no other way to put it. Smeargle is a card that can go into anything with an Unown Q. This guy should become your free retreater of choice because of his ease to get your guys back in the game.
Me; Oh no. You knocked out my Gengar and I missed Fainting Spell? What will I do?! I'll send up my Smeargle and copy your Bebe in conjunction with my Bebe to get a haunter and an Uxie then BTS into gengar and free retreat Smeargle with my Unown Q to get my Gengar back in the game.
Opponent: How dare you use good cards?! That's against the rules isn't it?
Me: Screw the rules I have smeargle
 
Yeah, I havent read all the posts, but Smeargle UD is a great starter. With him active, its actually OK to go first.
If you go first, you will most likely get a supporter to play anyways.
If you go second, you can play your own supporter AND one of theirs.
 
I want a Smeargle now... that or Spiritomb. I don't know which one to use as a starter. Probably Smeargle, though...
 
@mlouden03: All the Masters players in my area tech it into their Luxchomp (in fact, it's the only place I ever see it). Go for it. It's phenomenal. (It keeps copying my Cyrus -.-)
