If two players both take thier last prize at the same time what happens is there sudden death? EXAMPLE: Zekrom is fully loaded with 30 hp left attacking a kingdra prime with volt strike both pokemon die who wins? Since the effect of the attack is after the attack itself would the zekroms trainer win? Thank you for helping!

The result would be that a game of Sudden Death is played where each player puts out 1 prize. The first person to take all their prizes is the winner.~Mark

At this point, if both players still have a Benched Pokemon (or if neither does), Sudden Death begins. However if one player has a Bench and the other doesn't, the one without the bench loses and there is no Sudden Death (since there are 2 win conditions against 1).
That's an erroneous assumption; the effect of the attack is still part of the attack itself. You do not stop an attack midway to declare a winner - you finish all effects of the attack. In this case Zekrom does his 120 (x2) damage to Kingdra, then he himself takes 40. One Pokemon is Knocked Out on each side, and then each player takes 1 prizes.
