So I was playing against a TDK deck at my league yesterday, and he used Blizzard Burn, retreated into another Pokemon, and then brought back Kyurem to use Blizzard Burn. He's the guy who runs the league and he explained to me how when you bring in the Pokemon the second time, it's a "different Pokemon", and that everyone did it in tournaments that he's been in, and that it's the ruling on things like that, but it just seems a little odd. Can someone confirm that this is correct?
