The Gleek Thread (BEWARE OF SPOILERS)

@SinnohTrainer17 I heard a couple of the programme's records on the radio a while back. Autotuned as hell.
 
Depends on the singer/song. Some of the cast members have absolutely stunning voices, such as Lea Michele, Naya Rivera, and Amber Riley, to name a few. Look 'em up on Youtube or something, I'm sure you'd find some nice examples of their work there.

Edit: Look up "Don't Rain On My Parade" by Glee Cast. Easily Lea's (Rachel's) best song on Glee to date.
 
Yeah, some of them don't have autotuned voices, like Lea Michele. The only song I think had her autotuned was "Telephone," and that was only because that song IS auto-tuned naturally. Other than that, all of her songs are her natural voice. She's got good, raw talent. Also, Naya Rivera, Amber Riley, have good voices that have not needed auto-tuning. Now, some of the other characters may need auto tuning, but they're not heavily pressed in the show. Cory Monteith and Diana Agron are some of the lesser talent of the show, but they've still got good vocals that show in certain songs.
 
Cory's pretty good, and Diana can sound annoying in some songs- her voice is just way too high pitched and "girly" for my likings. I've noticed that Chord Overstreet isn't anything special, either.

I'm still kicking myself because Sunshine (I can't remember her actual name, she's from the season two premier) ended up going to Vocal Adrenaline. Imagine how much better this season would've been had she become a recurring/starring character. I want to say...that she's better than Lea. My entire family's jaws were on the floor after her performance of "Listen". Absoultely amazing. You don't see talent like that in a sixteen/seventeen year old girl anymore.
 
Now that Glee is back from hiatus, I suppose the thread can be revived. What'd you guys think about the new episodes? I've actually thought they were pretty good -- song choices were (for the most part) pretty meh, but the show feels much more similar to the front half of season 1 to me which is definitely a good thing.
 
I agree, CMP, the new episodes were great. So good I might commit Sue-icide.xD

I heard Glee got the rights to "Born this Way"(by Lady Gaga) for that Karoskfi fellow(or whatever the heck his name is) to sing when he "supposedly" joins the Glee club.
 
My grandpa made me watch Glee and....I actually liked it. It's funny and I can see why it's so popular. Although, I am bothered when some people know songs only from Glee, like Loser by Beck or Don't Stop Believin'(if you don't know who that song is from I'm going to send you an E-Kick)
 
I loved The Rocky Horror Glee Show. I am not a 'Gleek', however I do enjoy the show. I didn't like Glee's rendition of Frank N' Furter though. Nothing beats Tim Curry. I thought it was very funny when they were singing Telephone in the bathroom, and the teacher (don't know the names of the people please forgive me) walked in and said "Shut Up!" :D
