I hope it doesn't overload you :p

Articuno: Very good. Legendary Generator is a tad overpowered, though.

Bellossom: Sprout is too good, but otherwise it's great.

Crawdaunt: Good. But Heavy Crabhammer's effect should be optional.

Exploud: Considering the body, drop Stereo Blast to 60 base.

Gengar: A bit overpowered. Just drop down to 30 extra.

Groudon: Fissure is broken. Far below average.

Houndoom: Excellent. Not perfect, but good nonetheless.

Kyogre: Water Spout is too good. Make it have a base of 30.

Jirachi: Really good. I'm impressed.

Ludicolo: Super Mexican Sheild is WAY overpowered. Plus, it heals you. Naughty faker.

Metagross: Way too strong. The thing can use Metals, so it doesn't take damage all that easily.

Moltres: Really good. Congratulations.

Noctowl: Night Vision should be a flip. Otherwise, it's great.

Politoed: Very nice. See Houndoom or Moltres.

Rhydon: Underpowered. Give it +10 damage on each attack.

Slaking: BROKEN. It's completely broken.

Tyranitar: Boring, but good.

Wailord: Again, overpowered. 120 for no drawbacks. Just rush it out, and win with it.

Zapdos: Completely balanced. Your best card.

Good, very good. Other members can review cards.

EDIT: Because I saw their fakes on Ion Chain.
