Well.. First you will need a programme like Photoshop, Gimp etc.. Gimp is recommended if you can't get Photoshop.. MS Paint isn't really good for this kind of stuff but apparently it is good for spritings.. Next, try out a few tools so you know roughly what it does.. Or join groups like the MidnightRedux in PokeBeach and ask questions.. Then try to follow tutorials that people have made.. Finally, try something new by yourself if you feel like it.. =D
