We will know more when the set list is released either tonight or tomorrow, a week before the sets release.

EDIT: The set has been fully revealed. Sadly, there are no Baby Pokémon this time round.

seems like a pretty straightforward set
we got 161 cards out of 162
I think we might be getting the Booster Capsules reprints as well and maybe Revavroom will not be in it, just Scovillain ex

I've done some theorycrafting on this myself and seeing this post made me decide to finally make an account here and dump my silly speculation.
My predictions here are focused around "who gets an art rare", and here are a few general ""groundrules"" I've come up with to help, ordered from least to most speculative.
- Iron Thorns and Flutter Mane are definitely going to be in the set. Probably as ruleboxes.
- Obviously, Gen 9 seems to be given top priority in terms of art rares, considering almost none of those art rares are duplicate Pokemon and there are 111 Paldean Pokemon (so far) and it seems like they're trying to cover all of them at least once. So ~72/111 unique Paldean Pokemon at this point have gotten an AR or SAR. In terms of who I think will get one; probably Lokix, Houndstone, Glimmora, and Annihilape would be at the top of my list.
- There will probably definitely be 2-3 baby Pokemon in the set. I'll just throw caution to the wind and say it'll be Togepi and Munchlax.
- Because of 151 They'll probably be shying away from giving too much spotlight to gen 1 in the next few sets (Hence absolutely zero gen 1 Pokemon getting a secret rare in paradox rift.)
- They might be giving rulebox forms to some of the Paradox Pokemon that have yet to receive them (Iron Moth, Brute Bonnet, etc.), While printing a few non-rulebox forms of those that got a rulebox in the previous sets.
- They maaay give a spotlight in some form to the non-paradox forms of a few of the paradoxes. I wouldn't be surprised to see a rulebox Volcarona or a Delibird Art Rare, for example.
- Though they don't tend to base regular art rares around the "theme" of the set 90% of the time, I've done that here to make things easier.
So with all that in mind here's my predictions/nigh baseless speculation as to the Pokemon getting art rares in this set.
Cyber Judge
ARs:
Ditto, Munchlax, Glimmora, Dachsbun, Klang, Registeel, Metagross, Magearna, Wormadam Trash Cloak, Scrafty, Magneton, Lokix
SARS:
Iron Leaves ex, Iron Thorns ex, Miraidon ex (future)

Wild Force
ARs:
Annihilape, Relicanth, Togepi, Sneasel, Skarmory, Flygon, Baltoy, Huntail, Regirock, Carnivine, Duosion, Dragalge
SARs:
Roaring Wake ex, Flutter Mane ex, Koraidon ex (ancient)

These are just my ideas for Pokemon, I have a few other ideas in mind for trainers but I won't clog this thread up any more than I already have, ehe.

This is also pure speculation but Battle Styles, the previous gen's set 5 introduced both a new mechanic and a new type of chase/rarity: Single Strike and Rapid Strike cards alongside alt arts. We already know Ace Spec cards will come back in this set, but maaaaaybe we'll be getting more of those "raised foil" cards in this set?

Well, we have the full setlist (minus secrets) now so I can see how well I did!
I got fully washed on Cyber Judge ARs, not a single prediction came true but Metagross was in the set (and might get an AR anyways, could just be unrevealed as of this post) so.... 0.1 points!
Cyber Judge SARs, I got Iron Leaves ex correct but that was exceptionally obvious but it was still technically correct so that's a point.
Iron Thorns ex nope. though it did get an AR so.... quarter point? Maybe?

Wild Force ARs I nailed exactly one pokemon, Relicanth! One point with zero caveats. (Also Huntail appears in its AR!) Duosion didn't get an AR but Reuniculus did so that's half a point.
Same story for the SARs as the other set.

So 4.1/30 points in total!
Also I was right about the etched foil cards becoming a regular thing! Though that was pretty obvious.

Did absolutely terribly on my predictions but it was a ton of fun regardless, I'll do better on set 6 for sure! Right? ...Right?

Looking even more likely that Toxel and Pupitar will just not come at all. Revavroom only having a chance because it's unique.

Already was likely beforehand since Moonlit Hill - part of Gym Promo Series 3 - is coming in Paldean Fates, so it was a choice to not include those in the set. A still idiotic choice considering the nonsense that makes up that set.

Okay I take this one back, as I realized I missed an Iron Valiant. Instead of Shroodle and Grafaiai ex, I'm putting in Garganacl ex and the missing Iron Valiant

Considering that the new batch of gym promos doesn't have alternate artwork reprints anymore and likely the next ones will be similar, there's still a chance we could see the likes of Toxel, Pupitar, Pansear and such used for the blister promos until they run out of cards to use.
 
I can't see Revevroom being in this set somehow. If you remove that card, you will have 162 cards altogether, that excludes the secret rares. Seeing that the Latias from the deck is going to be in this set, it also explains why the Promo version of Latias wasn't in Paldean Fates, which now makes a lot of sense thinking about it. Interesting to see that some Pokémon like Rabsca are making their secondary type debut while Pokémon like Bronzor and Bronzong are representing their second types for the first time since they were last released, in the scenario of Bronzor and Bronzong, it's their first Psychic card since Diamond and Pearl Stormfront.
 
Both Shroodle and Grafaiai ex can be removed from the set list as both were confirmed to be released as Promo cards this April.

True, this is the first time since...ever? that they've done that right?

With the biggest indicator being the straight Klefki reprint as opposed to the item cards.

Of course one time isn't indicative of a pattern. I do wonder whether they have messaging to the Japanese community on their decisions.

I'm sure some of them will ask why they are getting those 3 cards without any new art.

They tend to be pretty consistent with the yearly blocks, as in things that happen in the first set of the year usually carry on to the rest of the sets of that same year.

I think that Raifort will be in the set. Either that or one of the translations is incorrect and one card should be moved.

Yes, one of the cards that is between Awakening Drum and Master Ball should be between Prime Catcher and Mist Energy. I've tried different sources of translation to see if I could fit some card there but got nothing.
