First of all,Hydriegon is there to get things started. It's only attack not only does sixty to the defending pokemon, but I get to choose two of my opponent's pokemon and it does fourty to them. With Hydriegon's Ability,Double Colorless Energy turns into Double Darkness Energy. To answer the "why don't you use Tyranitar Prime" question I'm likely to recieve on this thead,I don't use it because I may not be able to get set up if my opponent uses mainly Dark-types,since Darkness Howl only affects non-Dark types.

One of my options after making sure all of my opponent's pokemon have damage(and incase Hydriegon gets KO'd)is to attack with Mandibuzz. The main picture with this is to use Blindside to choose one of my opponent's pokemon and it does fifty damage to it.Now,let's go ahead and say that I decide to do one of what seems to be(one of) the most feared things in TCG and use Pokemon Catcher on...let's say an Ability Emboar.Mandibuzz's secondary attack Punishment will deal one-hundred damage, since it does fourty plus sixty more damage if the defending pokemon is a Stage two. After already being hit with Blindside,Emboar hits the discard pile, which initially means the main structure of most RDL and Reshiboar decks is gone.

Option number three is to go up with Sigilyph. The main attack I'll be using here is Psychic Assault. It does fourty plus ten more for each damage counter on the defending pokemon,so if Mandibuzz isn't at the ready after Hydriegon's rampage,Sigilyph will.

RE: Snipers Paradise(Hydriegon,Mandibuzz and Sygylyph)Call of Legends-On

How consistent is this getting Basics out? Great Ball is really unreliable and PETM is just another Communication that limits you more than helps you. I would take out two of each for Pokemon Collector. It ensures that you get all the Basics you need out very quick and with Catcher being released, you're going to want multiples of each out in case one of them dies.

Never mind, just read the title lol. I think you won't get enough advice on this mainly because there are a lot of sets with unreleased cards coming out between now and then making this Format very unreliable to build a deck out of...just saying. :F

dmaster out.

RE: Snipers Paradise(Hydriegon,Mandibuzz and Sygylyph)Call of Legends-On

I might replace GB with Dual Ball.I plan to update this decklist as sets come out.I might update this when the set after Noble Victories comes out,but since it's likely to be a dead topic,I'll have to make a new deck list. However,if the advice given is enough to budge the deck a little,I'll take it.I'll have to think about Collector.

RE: Snipers Paradise(Hydriegon,Mandibuzz and Sygylyph)Call of Legends-On

I would consider putting in a Shaymin, switch it in for a Sigiglyph. That way instead of powering up a whole new Hydreigon, you can just shift whatever energy you have onto him. Also try Recycle, from the new EP. Can help with SP. Energy recovery, I would just put in 1 or 2 and try your luck. Also get rid of 2 Great Ball and put in 2 Juniper, its a great draw card. And Cheren is also a good draw card, or Sage's Training (although I hate that one). I would consider putting in some of those, but those are just a preference. I like Cheren, and find it helps if I have a good hand and don't want to discard or shuffle it in.

RE: Snipers Paradise(Hydriegon,Mandibuzz and Sygylyph)Call of Legends-On

*BUMP*
- Changed Great Ball to Cheren

What should I take out for Recycler?

*EDIT*:Changed Cheren to Recycler.Took out one PETM and Communication for two Collector.I guess I'll try to use non-CoL-On.

Get rid of 1 Basic Dark and a 1-1 Line of Mandibuzz for 1 Collector and 2 Juniper. If you run IQ than you don't need 9 Basic Dark, 8 should suffice. 4 Communication for consistensy, same with Collector to help you get one in your starting hand. Juniper is because this deck seems to lack drawpower.

For the record that's all I got for this deck. There are so many variables because Hydreigon is like one or 2 sets away. Chances are that something better will come along for this deck, especially with Hydreigon.

U sure its supposed to be sigilyph #42?
(title: "snipers paradise" lol)
if its supposed to be #41 he cant attack
thats all for me ;)
