a) I have to shuffle the deck then draw if I use Eeek/PONT when I have 0 cards in my hand right?

b) Player A and Player B were called for time and Player B was placing damage counters as part of his attack, the question is, is Player B the one who will have "Turn 0"?

1) Yes because you always have a hand, even if it is 0 cards.

2) I believe the players attacking is turn 0 since the turn isn't over until all effects of an attack resolve, including doing damage.~Mark
