Ruling Serperior's ability stackable?

if i have 3 serperior 6/114

on my bench, does that mean i can heal 30 damage from each of my pokemon between turns? is that even how "abilities" work? similar to poke powers and bodies
 
Abilities are like the new Poke-Powers and Poke-Bodies. And yes, if you have 3 Serperior, their abilities stack, since it doesn't say you can't use more than 1 at a time (unlike Nidoqueen RR's Maternal Comfort).
