I know this card is illegal but in Redshark, when I click on MD-on, there is a Rosen that comes from pop-8. Why can t we use it? Is it because the original is banned?

Pop 8 is not legal in modified format.~Mark

It's because the MD-on filter in Redshark does not work correctly.
