Pokemon LV.X have no stage at all unless they are in play. Pokemon LV.X, while in play, adopt the stage of the Pokemon below it. So, both Darkrai X and Shaymin X are basics while in play, but are Level-Up cards outside of it (as are all Pokemon LV.X).
The brief answer is: No, you can't. (You also can't use a card like Elm's Training Method either to search for one. Bebe's can search for a LV.X because it searches for a Pokemon, not any specific type of Pokemon.)
