Primal Groudon can use whatever tools he likes without the fear of them being removed. so we are using a literal "toolbox" set to use lots of different tools with primal groudon in order to beat different decks. between rock guard, weakness policy and silver mirror primal groudon can cause trouble to many decks. Tool Retriever and Bunnelby PC can keep these tools in the deck, as well as recycle strong energy. korrina also great here because she can search out primal groudon and any tool.
