Regigigas Help

New to competitive battling, but I have won a couple battles on free battles now with a Regigigas set. One of these battles was against a uber team of White Kyurem, Mewtwo, and Palkia.

Regigigas (Impish) @ Leftovers
-Stomp (Flinch Hax)
-Thunder Wave
-Psych Up
-Swagger

The goal here is the Paraswag the opponent, then copy the +2 Attack with Psych Up, then flinch troll with Stomp. When 5 turns are up this thing is a beast.

As for the other 2 Pokémon, I just used Mewtwo and Blaziken.

The code for the video in which Regigigas swept ubers is

98SW-WWWW-WWW4-WHQZ

Thoughts on this Pokémon? Partners?

I've seen Kecleon used fairly well in conjunction of boosting and swapping.

Sounds good, but moveset? Item?

Also, I'm considering using Elektross. It would be good for thunder wave + dragon tail to save Regigigas some work. It could also hold it's own if the opponent taunts, as this team's main weakness are taunts and ghostss. Faries ignore it though, I could use an air balloon Manetric with t wave + roar. I could also go all out with a third just for sheer power if all else fails. It would have to be able to take down ghosts though, maybe Dark Pulse Mega Gengar?

As someone who has used Regigigas before, I have to ask as my first question:
Is this for Singles or Doubles?

Singles. I have used Regigigas in doubles before with a mediocore turnout, so I'm trying singles out.

Here is the most standard Regigigas set for Singles:

Regigigas w/Slow Start @Leftovers
Adamant Nature-252HP, 252Atk, 4Def/SpD
Confuse Ray
Thunder Wave
Substitute
Return

Basically a very annoying set utilizing Regigigas' massive 110/110/110 defenses and its ability to cause both confusion and paralysis. Shoot your special conditions and hide behind a Substitute. A confused and paralyzed Pokemon has less than 40% chance of attacking, so if you're lucky enough you'll be able to live through the 5 turns of Slow Start, possibly while still having a Substitute. Then, with 160 base Attack, unhindered by Slow Start, and 102+STAB power coming from Return, you can kill a wide bunch of opponents.
