it is klank which was a 2012 promo, while klink was 2011. Also the persian,raichu, excadril, wigglytuff, etc are kinda promos in that they are holo (with old style holo foil) and in the set packs they were nonholos or had the normal BW holo.

fezwhy - Spiritomb RH is currently being offered on by Shrike. If you can find more cards that you'd be interested in, I'd love to trade for some of your tin codes
