Ruling Rare candy duskull.

can you Rare candy this on the first turn with the new rare candy rule?
i know the rule is cant rare cady the turn a pokemon is played. (cause they must be able to evolve anyway)
but is there anything that stops you rare candy on the first turn this duskull?

im pretty sure you can. but ill ask anyway can you also evolve it the turn you play it any other turn except turn one?


EDIT: also like to ask can it evolve on turn one? after all it states the turn it came into play? but turn 1 its already in play. (if its down during start up)

"Can I use a Rare Candy on a Duskull I just played?"
~No. Rare Candy specifically states you cannot, and you cannot circumvent that. Neither does BTS.

"Can I evolve a Duskull I just played into Dusclops?"
~Yes, since it's circumventing the normal evolution rule. This also applies if it was face-down during setup.
