I am thinking of getting a new DS game. I don't care of what genre the DS game is, since last time I've checked, nothing socially sinful appears in the game list. So, anyone have any game they like, please recommend them to me. Thanks!

The legend of Zelda: Phantom hourglass:
Great DS game that lasts a while, and it's all touch based. It carries on from LOZ:WW where Tetra falls into the haunted Ghost ship and Link has to save her from evil monsters.Great graphics, and really fun dungeons and bosses.

Played it already. Finished the game, Thanks, though.
I agree, Zelda is fun. Too bad after the game ends, there isn't anything else to do.

Castleanvia: Portrait of Ruin. There is another Castlevania game for DS, but I forget the name. It's about $20 and is a great side scroller, with plenty of enemies and bosses to fight.
Guitar Hero: On Tour. Awesome game, and has a surprisingly good songs.

First of all, get Elite Beat Agents. Then after beating it, do the other difficulties. If you've tried that and you don't like that, then try New Super Mario Bros., Mario Kart DS, The World Ends with You, Tetris DS, Castlevania (Bothe versions), Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, Final Fantasy (various titles), etc., etc.

Get Mario Party DS. This game could take a very long time unless you know what you are doing to get trophies. I ken what to do so I finished it in 32 days but you can DS wi-Fi your friends and you can have endless party fun with that game plus it has Tetris based minigames and 84 minigames to play. This is a pretty sweet game.

Magical Starsign is a good game I found in a clearance bin I saw at a Toys R Us I went to earlier this week. It was selling for $10, I think, which would make it a great deal if you're just desiring a DS game without really caring what genre it is.
Not enough people have Sonic Rush or Sonic Rush Adventure though. They're very well-polished sidescrollers, among the fastest Sonic games ever made, and lend themselves very well to speed runs. I must warn you, however, that the stages in these games are meant more for getting fast records than playing them like a normal 2-D platformer, however. A lot of complaints about the game come from people misinterpreting them. In fact, Sonic Rush Adventure has a Wi-Fi connection feature where you can race other people or put your fastest times on the official leaderboards.

If your into Metroid there is Metroid Prime Hunters or whatever it is called. It is a Bounty Hunter shooting game. It is sort of like Quake and Turok Dinosaur Hunter combined with a touch of Goldeneye mix type game if you don't know what Metroid is. You will like it though.

Most of those games that were previously mentioned are pretty good, but I forgot some others: Cooking Mama (original), Trauma Center (original/sequel), Advance Wars (original/sequel), and Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword. Most of those games are the most unique games at using the touch screen.

Lunar Knights is recommendable, I've beaten it twice and am working on Nightmare mode. It's a great game and I gotten hours out of it. Lego Starwars is excellent! Save up for Chrono Trigger DS, it looks amazing.
