Sounds like fun! The first thing I noticed is the fairly good chance that you'll run into a lot of dead hands with your lack of Junipers. With some tweaking this could be a very good deck!

There's a really good Genesect theme deck that comes with a lot of the staples you will need to build a good deck. It comes with I think 2 Juniper, 2 N, 2 Skyla, some Ultra Balls, some Bangles, and they all have a nice foil. They're some stuff that you could really seem to use.

The strategy?
Btw, I think this won't work, because there are many pokémon but only 17 trainers, I think you should add a Squirtle 4-0-4 and some rare candies, because you need to attach many energies to attack.
Cilan, no, instead add a Professor's Letter, and you will be able to use a supporter.
Poké Ball? No, once I had 3 Catchers and I got 3 tails, so...
Energy Search, instead add a Professor's Letter
Add more trainers, you don't need so much energy, with 16 energies, even less is ok.

-1 Kyurem EX (not the best ex attacker, keldeo will be better)
-2 Cubchoo (you dont need this line since you have kyurem ex because beartic's best attack is almost the same as outrage)
-1 Beartic
-1 Froakie (you dont need 4 if you have only 2 gren)
-3 Pokeballs (not a good item, rely on chance as little as possible)
-1 Hypnolaser (you dont need this item, you only want this if you have 2 virbanks city gyms and 3-4 lasers)
-2 Tierno (not a good supporter, theres better supporters for drawing)
-1 Bianca (is an okay supporter, but there are better supporters you havent used yet)
-1 Rock Guard (not a good acespec)
-1 Silver Bangle (Gren / Kyu EX / Keldeo ex will be your main attackers, dont need bangle)
-11 Water Energies (dont need 20 energies)
-1 Cilan (better supporters)

Once the new X&Y pokemon come out, i highly suggest switching the Greninja from the XY starter box to the Base set Greninja with Water Shuriken.

Remember to use the XY Greninja because the Starter Set one is bad.
