PT-on 30 Card - Professor Cup 2010

What about Noctowl HGSS or Dodrio SV as suitable replacement for claydol in a non-fire deck?
Drawing 1 card is pretty nice in a 30 card format.
 
@rage: I certainly had thought about Noctowl, but the problem is that a deck is very tight on space when you can only use 30 cards. I would have loved to of fit it into my list, I just couldn't find something I could sacrifice though.

And you need at least 75 points

I wanna play the Venusaur from the rumble pack
but I expect a lot of jumpluff will be played with rescue's

And running two Weavile Sp in a Sp deck wouldn't that be nice sice there will be gengar's played
and its a good basic getter
