Ruling Prime + Lv. X?

I notice in the new 40 card set that's coming out, that Gengar and Magnezone Prime will be included.

Can you put a Lv. X card onto a Pokémon Prime? [since there's Magnezone Lv.X and Gengar LV. X already printed]

Since Prime is only a way that we distinct the cards, and they have the same name, Yes you can level up a "prime"
