Ruling Power Claw VS Scizor Prime

So this is the situation.

I have a Tyranitar Prime as my active pokemon, he has a expert belt, 2 dark special energy and 1 DCE attached.

My foe uses a Scizor Prime to protect against special energys, plus he has attached 2 Metal Special Energys

I use power claw, what happens now?

Power Claw bypasses both Scizor's Poke-Body, plus the effects of the Special Metal energies (since those are effects on the Defending Pokemon). It would deal 60, plus 20 for the Expert Belt, plus 20 for both the special Darkness energies (for a total of 100 damage).
