Daikenki= Shoalgun (Shoal+Shogun)

Chaobuu= Pyrog (Pryo+Hog)

That's all I really have so far.

@playerking- celletus sounds a little to mature for pokemon, the whole fetus thing. The name reminds my of Gygas, which was very disturbing to me when i played earthbound so i hope not.
Emboar is great, but I don't think it will be Emboar. Usually its named after something other than a move it learns in its first form. Blazoar sounds much better and more 3rd evolution ready. kudos to alvin on that one.

Mijimaru=Ottawott
Pokabu=Tepig(I know, sad)
Zorua and Zororak get to keep their original names(yay)

My made up:
Mamepato=Quaiter (Quail+Waiter)
Shikijika=Dether(Deer+Weather)
 
I like Dether, but it just sound like Weather with a D maybe Deether, sounding like either. Quaiter just sounds like Equator without the e.
 
A Futachimaru name incorporating samurai is unlikely, due to the fact that it seems far to powerful for a middle evolution. I stand by Medotter.
