Okay, before i post the nex chapter, i would like to say:

if i need more characters, i will personally ask someone for it, thank you.
and now:
Chapter 1: The Return of Max
The PMC HQ was packed with its members in its meeting room, Abad standing in front, James next to him, with Shadow and Jay right behind them.
People were bustling with crazy reasons why everyone was called in, since it hadn’t happened in five years.
“ATTENTION!!” yelled Abad.
Everyone quieted down.
“James has called this meeting, and its something we need to hear,” he continued. He stepped aside, and allowed James to take center stage.
“Greetings,” said James, “It’s nice to see you all again, it has been very long. Before I get started, has anyone heard from Max?”
“Last I heard,” said Jay, “He had left for Mount Silver.”
“When was this?”
“Four-and-a-half years ago…”
“Great…the greatest trainer, second only to his father, is MIA, and a crisis worse than the NPZ is at hand.”
“What?” asked a guy named Raptor.
“Several attacks across the globe have been reported over the past month or so. It was people trying to capture the legendary Pokémon, such as Articuno or Entei. The authorities brushed these attacks aside, as local trainers stopped all of them.”
“So why are we here?!?!?” yelled everyone.
“About a week ago, Shadow paid me a visit. She had a vision, more clear than any. These attacks were coordinated by the Legendary Pokémon Clan, a group of evil-doers whose focus is capturing rare and legendary Pokémon. Their leaders are called the LPC Seventeen: one leader for each type. If you don’t know the types, walk out right now. Moving onward: we have a plan set to try and track their base, drawn up by none other than Jay. Be ready in one week to execute it. Which means train and pack your bags, because-”
An alarm sounded loudly, and the whole Clan ran outside.
“In the name of Starmie,” gasped Jay as they all stared at the sky.
“What is it?” asked Shadow.
“WE ARE THE LPC!” roared a loudspeaker coming from a giant flying machine, “WE KNOW THERE IS A LEGENDARY POKÉMON IN YOUR FACILITY! GIVE IT UP OR WE WILL ATTACK!!!!!!!”
“No one threatens us!” yelled Abad, “Masters, ATTACK!”
A whole slew of powerfully raised Pokémon came out, with their trainers ordering powerful attacks on the machine. But, the machine began firing missiles at the base, setting it ablaze!
Then, tanks came rolling through, shooting a sticky, metal-like substance, that captured the Pokémon!
Then, a giant magnet came out of the center of the machine, and it sucked up all the Pokémon!
“I don’t think so!” yelled Abad, “RAYQUAZA!”
Abad’s black Rayquaza came soaring out of the sky, and Abad jumped on, ordering a Hyper Beam as he did.
It had no affect, and then, a capture net made of lead caught Abad and Rayquaza!
*Cue cheesy inspirational music from title screen of Fire Red Version!!!!*
A black blur flew through the sky, and sliced the net open. The blur stopped, revealing a not so well shaved man with blue hair and a black cape.
At first, the facial hair threw Abad off, but, nothing could mask who it was riding the only black Charizard.
“Max!” he yelled.
“In the flesh!” Max replied, “Go Charizard!”
Max’s own regular-colored Charizard came out of his PokéBall, and Max jumped off Lizardon, the black Charizard. Abad and Rayquaza caught him as he yelled, “Charizard, Lizardon, Blast Burn!!!!”
The double Blast Burn tore through the magnet, and the Pokémon fell to the ground to their trainers.
James recovered him favorite Pokémon, Tyranitar, and yelled, “HYPER BEAM!!!!”
As the beam blasted through the machine, James couldn’t resist in yelling, “GREETZ-A-LA-VISTA BABY!!!!”
The machine retreated, but the tanks were still coming!
Max landed, and called, “MEW!”
The Mew that belonged to Max’s father came soaring down, and both Charizard’s landed.
“Nidoking, Furret, Sceptile, Feraligatr, Aggron, go!” yelled Max.
“Jolteon, Umbreon, Arcanine, Salamence, I choose you!” yelled Shadow.
“Sceptile, Ampharos, Shiftry, Starmie, c’mon out!” yelled Jay.
“Metagross, Typhlosion, Blastoise, go!” yelled James.
“Vaporeon, Gyarados, Swalot, Dragonite, MEW!” yelled Abad, “C’mon out!”
“Max,” asked James.
“Do us the honors,” said Abad.
“With pleasure!” yelled Max. “Everyone! HYPER BEAM!!!!”
Twenty-six Pokémon of the five best trainers in the world using Hyper Beam, one of the strongest attacks known, and three of them were legendary…very bright, very loud, and the tanks…well, um…no longer are in existence.
Turning his attention to the burning HQ, Max yelled, “Mew, Feraligatr, Hydro Pump! Furret, Nidoking, Aggron, Water Pulse!”
The massive amounts of water put the fire out.
With the chaos over with, Abad walked up to Max, and Max said, “I leave for five years and you almost get killed…”
Shadow and Jay, two of Max’s oldest friends, ran up and hugged him.
Then, James said, “Max, I know the HQ looks bad, but, its just the exterior, there is a fire-proof material under it…can we get you anything?”
“A razor would be nice.”
After a shower (and a shave) Max, Abad, James, Shadow, Jay, and Erika, who had just arrived, were in a lounge, talking.
“So,” said James, “Where have you been?”
“Well,” said Max, “I trained at Mount Silver for a year, then went to the Orange Islands, where I trained with the Legendary Bird trio and Lugia for a few years. As of recently, I went undercover in the NPZ to check on things.”
“And?” asked Abad.
“Good. Nothing is being plotted or planned.”
“And Lindsey?” asked Shadow.
“Why would I go there to see her? The risks of seeing her involve another war…I’m only twenty-one and have fought in two wars with them, LEADING our side, with a twenty-million dollar bounty on my head both times, placed by my stepfather, and on top of that-”
“Love,” said Jay.
“What?”
“Ah,” said James, “The best and most cruel curse of them all.”
“I do not love her! We’re just friends! We established that a long time ago!”
“You know,” said Shadow, “If you didn’t love her, you also wouldn’t be offended. Besides, I had a vision two months ago of you two…”
The group started laughing at him.
“Anyway,” said Max, “I see Rayquaza isn’t with you anymore?”
“Yeah,” said Abad, “He lives in the ozone with his brother now, besides, I have a new friend.”
“I saw the blue Mew, where’d ya find him?”
“Faraway Island.”
“That place exists?”
“You bet! Of course, if it weren’t for a vision Shadow had, we never would’ve looked for it.”
“Not to be rude,” said Jay, “But what are we gonna do? We were gonna attack in a week, and they beat us to the punch.
“Wait,” said Max, “We knew about these guys?”
“Yeah,” said Abad, “The LPC.”
“I fought those guys recently! I was checking up on the legendaries, and some chick named Masika was trying to capture Kyogre. She had some really rare Water-Types on her, like Kingdra and Relicanth.”
“And?”
“Hard to beat, I even had Lizardon nail her Kingdra with a massive Dragon Claw. Direct hit; shouldve knocked it out, or at least slowed it down…no affect, their Pokémon are well trained to say the least, so if we are going to fight them, we need to train more. We lucked out today. They attacked the PMC HQ, and if two hundred of the world’s finest hadn’t been here, they would’ve walked away with a victory. The next time we run into them, we won’t all be together.”
“Max is right,” said James, “We need to prepare ourselves.”
“Agreed,” said Abad, “Training starts tomorrow morning, early. As of this moment, the PMC officially declares war on the LPC Seventeen and all their followers!
