RE: PokeBeach Official Tier List

That Zeels list is badbadbad.
Tier 1:
Darkrai
Zeels
CMT
Tier 2:
Empoleon
Fighting Variants
Klinklang EX
Paralysis Lock

That's my perspective.

I will edit in my reasons later; I have to go now.

RE: PokeBeach Official Tier List

IMO, Quad Entei should be up there in Tier 2 and MTC should be moved down to Tier 1.5. MTC is still a GREAT deck, but it isn't as good as Zekeels or Darkrai, as a smart player can easily take down MTC.

Also, from the Zekeels I have seen, most don't run, or barely run Thundurus. I think 1 or 2 is better than 3. I suggest another Shaymin, as many lists run that.

In the Empoleon List, I don't see the need for Noctowl when you already have Empoleon. The lists I have seen include Virizion NV for T1 draw.

Mono-Terrakion usually doesn't run Victory Medal or Defender, but with the space I guess those spots are personal preference.

Oh yeah, and LandoTerrakion should be included as Tier 1.5 or 1. It is the fastest fighting varient and arguably the best one out there.
Edit: NVM i saw it said Terrakion varients.

RE: PokeBeach Official Tier List

6 Corners is on the list, but not Quad Entei?

Just saying a list is bad isn't constructive criticism. Klingklang-EX hasn't received enough success to be even considered to be in a tier, and Fighting varients have received more success than that and are going to become increasingly popular for Nationals due to the success of Darkrai varients and Eels varients.

A 6 Corners varient managed to Top 4 (I think?) in the Dutch Nats, where a lot of the best players happen to be.

RE: PokeBeach Official Tier List

You're saying that Klinklang hasn't received enough success, but you praise 6 Corners because it got T4 at one Nats? It gets destroyed by Darkrai/Hammers, which is the most popular Darkrai variant.

If you're basing this off of tournament wins, then Klinklang (and I guess Quad Entei as well) has more wins and top cuts than Empoleon, Mew/Vanillluxe, and 6 Corners, which all made this list.

RE: PokeBeach Official Tier List

Per mass request, I have included Klingklang in this Tier List. ^_^

Cheers, anybody?

RE: PokeBeach Official Tier List

I'm not really liking any of those decklists. Noctowl? Victory Medal? Celebi prime??? Celebi can't even accelerate anything in that deck!

Have you playtested with any of those lists? No. Try them out and see for yourself. Celebi Prime, from my testing, has just made the deck faster. It can accelerate perfectly. It plays Grass Energy.

RE: PokeBeach Official Tier List

You just edited it from DCE lol. And lowered the Celebi count to 2.

Maybe I did lol. Shhhh...don't tell, but I'm so tired that I have had 3 typos so far when I put DCE instead of the energy. XP

RE: PokeBeach Official Tier List

Omg Alexmf2 is right. There are no grasses to acelerate. If you could Accelerate prisms/rainbows it would be Tier 1. For KlingKlang, I suggest adding Groudon EX's to tank rather than Terrakions.
2 Celebi isn't enough.

I edited them in before you posted this. Typos are natural, you know? Terrakion isn't to tank, by the way.

What he means is that it's harder to one-shot a Groudon than it is to one-shot a Terrakion.

Upon reconsidering, it might be a good option to include it. I'll put it in.

Exactly. With no acceleration just moving around, if your Terrakion gets OHKOd, you lose 2-3 energies. You cannot afford to lose Special energies. With Groudon, you can keep attacking, knowing that the chances of getting OHKOed are very unlikely.

^ Thank you for explaining that, PMJ. :p

I did an overhaul of the Tier List to try to make it *perfect* based off of people's suggestions. Now I have to go through and update the lists which should be done in a few hours.

RE: PokeBeach Official Tier List

U forgot Potion and Max Potion in Entei......drop Victory Medal or/and Skyarrow + Smeargle.
