I wanted to do some kind of winter weather type effect but wanted to be a bit more creative than hail. So just a little bit of frost will do.

Going the non-Ice-type route here... I'm actually surprised no one has done this yet. Winter Sawsbuck is best Sawsbuck. <3

@RayquazaMaster: squirtli is correct; the rules state only one entry will be allowed per category (to allow for quicker rating time). Which one would you like entered?

Purposely avoiding the obvious Delibird route here, and I figure there's no better than the Fresh Snow Pokemon to show feelings of winter (and, y'know, complete and total bias here <3)

@Squirtli Oh, really? I had assumed that it was like the previous contest. I guess I must have missed that bit in the first post. Oh, well, I'm taking out the Delibird then.
