i was looking at buying a playmat as my cards always seem to have these black marks on when i play on my table, not sure why. anyway what do you think is the best playmats to buy?

First of all, it sounds like you're not using sleeves, which you absolutely must. Other than that, most playmats are made out of the same type of material, it just comes down to artwork preferences.

i am using card sleeves, i use ultra pro red one's, its just when i take a card out i can see these black dots all over my sleeves and i think it might be print that comes from newspapers on my table so i was looking to buy a mat

Ah. Like I said, find one that you like the look of, and chances are it'll be as good as the next one if it's made of a soft material. 
thanks for the help, i was looking to buy the plain red Dek-Prot mat as i can then draw my own design
