Quote DNA:
1) Draw 7 cards from your deck to form your starting hand.
2) Check for Basics. If you don't have any (mulligan), shuffle your hand back into your deck and repeat from step 1.
3) Set 1 Basic down from your hand as your Active Pokemon.
4) If you have any other Basics, you may set them down as Benched Pokemon (optional).
5) Take the top 6 cards of your deck and set them aside as Prize Cards.
6) For each time your opponent mulliganed and you did not, you may draw 1 card. If any of those cards are Basic Pokemon, you may set them down as Benched Pokemon.
Just to clarify:
Say I didn't drew any basics from the mulligans, but had basics I didn't play during step 4.
Would I not be allowed to play them during step 6?
