Ruling Palkia & Dialga Legend and Shaymin EX

I know that this is a bit late, but I just noticed this sub-forum. If you use Palkia & Dialga Legend to add prize cards to your opponent's total, and they draw them, do they add damage to Shaymin's attack? Someone else said no, but I think it seems like it could work.

Example- I use Time Control twice to make the opponent have 10 prize cards and they take 8 of them, would Shaymin's attack do 270?

Another Professor can correct me if I'm wrong, but Shaymin EX does damage for all Prizes that were taken regardless of Dialga/Palkia Legend adding more. (Sorry if the wording is a little unclear. The short answer is, if the Prize cards are taken, they do add damage to Shaymin's attack.)

Shaymin EX would do 30+30 for each Prize card taken in the game, so with eight Prizes taken, it would do 30+(30x8) which would be 270 damage, yes.

Man, I remember this question from months ago

I also remembered it from the stickied FAQ, if that means anything:

Q. If I'm using Shaymin-EX's Revenge Blast, but the Time Control attack (Palkia & Dialga LEGEND) was used before that to give my opponent more prizes, how is Revenge Blast's damage calculated?
A. Revenge Blast counts how many prizes were actually taken. Time Control's extra prizes will not reduce damage by any means.
