Ruling Opponent shuffling your deck

After you finish shuffling your deck and present to cut, your opponent is allowed to shuffle your deck. Are you then allowed to cut to his/her shuffle?

Yes and Yes, however it should be noted that if for some reason a judge shuffles your deck, no one is allowed to cut under any circumstances.

As stated in the tourney procedures, after either player finishes a shuffle, the opposite player is always allowed to cut (even if you would cut your own deck). No one can cut after a judge shuffle, though.

If I'm concerned about an opponent cheating by putting a specific card on the bottom of my deck, what should I do? A simple cut technically wouldn't help that, and I don't want to be that guy who accuses my opponent of cheating, especially if I'm not sure.

Ask a judge to shuffle for you instead if you feel a player is going to try and cheat. In the Juniors division I occasionally have to shuffle the players decks because of the players not being able to adequately shuffle.~KA
