Help Not sure what it means

I have a grass energy card from the original base set 1 collection, and it's different to any other energy card that I have or have ever seen, it has a little yellow icon in the bottom left hand corner of the card and I have no idea what it is? I can take photos if needed but does anyone know what it means?

No it can't, it's just styled like other e-Reader cards. If it was readable it would look more like this:

It just looks like a blemish or dirt based of the quality of the photo
