Minezumi has a much different tail than the one cut off on the left.

That screenshot might have 2 new Pokemon, since the tail that is cut of from the left doesn't match any new Pokemon.

That creamy yellow tail might not be a new pokemon. It could be an old pokemon holding some kind of wizard staff.

Point taken. I really don't want to shift through movies and pictures of musicals to confirm it, but I'll take that as a possibility.

Has anyone actually considered that it may be a revealed Pokemon but they just covered it up?

i think.....its......a water type..... fighting too....though not confirmed...... an evo.....haven't seen sprite yet....

two things, one-it looks nothing like graveler
and two-no pre gen 5 mons pre e4
 
Look at the Black Belt trainer to the far right in the overworld picture of the Music Hall. Mr. Smiley matches that placement (considering Smugleaf matches Black). Black Belts use fighting types (hence the gi and football on Smiley).

My thoughts: Fighting type (about time, too), either some polar bear, new hitmon, or something else.
