No they aren't. Prerelease Raichu is worth upwards of 10,000. Only about 50 were created, with about 30 of them captured and destroyed. So like 20 are left in the world(last time I went prerelease Raichu hunting). So...

Really? What's the exact name of the card and what's the declared value of it?

no offence but john selvestro himself told me the story of base set raichu and ill tell it to you

one summer day WoTC decided to test out prerelease card with raichu being the test card and they made a 9 card sheet giving 1 raichu to each head of WoTC to keep so there are 9 in existance and the last one sold at 10,000 dollars sharp and i know this because john actually was part of the trade in which this happend by being the person that it was shipped to and then to michigan or somewhere in the midwest

Whatever. I don't know the specifics, all I know is that it is rarer than World Championship winners cards. Because while those are rare and difficult to win, they ARE being printed and such.

umbreon and espeon gold star are rare in the japanese version not the american version.

pre-release raichu is rare
1st ed shadowless holos are up there mainly charizard if its also PSA graded
