Ruling Mew Prime

Hi guys,

question about Mew Prime.
Let's say I used 'See Off' and put Zekrom in the lost zone, then retreated Mew to my bench the next turn.
Mew has 3 psychic energy attached to him.
My question is, can I use his Poke-Body and do Bolt Strike? Followed by my regular attack from my active Pokemon?
Or does Bolt Strike count as my attack for the turn even though it came from my bench Pokemon?

First of all, only your Active Pokemon can attack. That's a rule. Your Benched Pokemon do not attack.
Mew can still use Bolt Strike even if he retreats, but remember - it needs to meet the energy requirements, namely {L}{L}{C}. Having {P}{P}{P} won't cut it.
When Mew uses Bolt Strike, that is an attack. Using an attack ends your turn.
