If Mew uses Sludge Drag from a Muk in the Lost Zone after Umbreon attacked with Moonlight Fang the Previous turn, does it negate the switch of Pokemon? In other words, is switching the Pokemon an effect on Umbreon, or the benched Pokemon.
Switching is an effect on the Benched Pokemon being targeted, not the Active Pokemon. An Umbreon that just used Moonlight Fang won't block Mew's Sludge Drag.
