Idea to get Zekrom out first turn, Bolt Striking T2, while charging up second Zekrom/Magnezone on Bench.

Any ideas on how to improve this list would be much appreciated.

Since you are running 4 magnemite, you might as well run a 4-3-4 line and one more rare candy. SSU is a little too flippy for my tastes i would just run 3 seeker and max out communication. I also would max collector and add in one Pokegear. I think these changes would give you a better chance at the T2 bolt strike... maybe even a T1 bolt strike. I havent played this deck, but I think I am going to try out your list, thank you :D

I like your idea with the extra Communication + collector + Candy, but i think a 4-3-4 Magnezone line is a little overkill. i personally think that cleffa has not much room in this deck either, as 9/10 times i should have a zekrom t1. I also think i should run 2 reversal for the bench snipes.

Okay, I run a similar deck to this, and Pachirisu starts are not fun. you are going to want to start with either zekrom or a free retreat pokemon, which is where manaphy comes in. Manaphy can't get donked, save by mirror, This means you are not going to get donked yourself but are fully capable of donking others. Pokemon Reversal is the better play for a deck like this as you can use Outrage for KOs rather than damaging yourself with Bolt Strike.
 
You need 2 Pachirisu in case 1 is prized. And Zekrom decks don't need a starter-Zekrom is a starter.
 
you also don't need to run both dual ball and pokemon collector IMO drop the dual ball and add 1 pokemon collector and add 1 rare candy and 1 IQ

drop one of the magnemite too as you don't need 4 then add 1 PETM.... and um there's no such thing as shaymin TR it's shaymin UL :/
