When I first saw Lugia EX, I thought it was the most broken card in the format. Now, every time I think about it, it gets more and more underwhelming. It gets to take an extra prize on whatever it knocks out. Considering it only does 120 damage with a 4-Energy attack that requires you to discard a Plasma Energy, it really doesn't get you very far. If you run this card, don't play it as a main attacker. Use it as a tech to pick off damaged EXs.
