I've actually been in front of that big guy recently, but (yes, I knew that) you need all 3 regis in your party to battle it.
it's actually really easy to go to, just enter a temple in a town, walk down, pass some ice floors and you're there

You can do that, it's just a bit hard. Only in Hoenn though. Win the Lilycove Lottery and you've got a Master ball.
Wonder what attacks he/she used before they captured Regigigas, or whatever it's called.
