It's going to be played in a few decks, such as The Truth and CaKE, and even a single one can really do a lot of damage.Celebi23 said:Although, Kyurem-EX isn't going to be the most popular EX in the set by any means. It's probably dead last in terms of playability. Do you really need to counter it?
CaKE doesn't love using EX cards because it's already giving up prizes. It probably won't run anything other than Mewtwo. It definitely won't run Kyurem because it's so bleh.alexmf2 said:It's going to be played in a few decks, such as The Truth and CaKE, and even a single one can really do a lot of damage.

The concept of getting rid of a Special Energy is nothing new. We have Typhlosion, Machamp, Smoochum and most importantly, Lost Remover. It takes too many energy to charge the thing just to do 60 damage (especially in a deck like CaKE that doesn't run DCE). You're better off running Lost Remover and then using Glaciate or Iron Breaker as your attack. 60 for three is so, so bad.alexmf2 said:I disagree. I think that Kyurem would be very strong in CaKE, it's amazing against almost every single deck with special energy.
