Kingdra, still the King of water ? or All washed up?

Froslass brings up and locks Vileplume, which is one of Kingdra's worst weaknesses. I would only recommend one Froslass since you're only using it mainly on one Pokemon.

I run 2 Out of Safety, I may switch to one because I do run Azelf, I see after some test plays.

A good Kingdra list IMO is something like this:

4-2-4 Kingdra(3 Prime, 1 LA)
2-2 Donphan(type coverage and to put a hurtin' on Luxray)
2 Crobat G(more pain for opponent)
2 Uxie(Lv. X if you can get it...I can't)
1 Frosslass GL(to drag up Vileplume)
1 Regice(to move Tomb)

T/S/S:
4 Poketurn
4 Cyrus
2 PONT
2 Judge
3 Bebe
2 Junk Arm
3 Collector

Something like that. I'm currently making a skeleton for my future Kingdra list, and it may include those cards in one form or another.
