Hello, I was playing with this, and I was wondering what parts of an attack do you do or ignore?
http://pokebeach.com/scans/boundaries-crossed/144-landorus-ex.jpg For the second attack, can you choose to discard all fighting energy for more damage? Can you do this if you have no fighting energy?
http://pokebeach.com/scans/boundaries-crossed/145-black-kyurem-ex.jpg For the second attack, does Clebable receive the 'cannot attack next turn' condition? Also, would switching and switching back allow you to attack?
Thanks in advance.

1. It means that you ignore requirements such as energy cost, discarding energy or anything else. You just use the chosen attack.

2. Yes you have the choice with Landorus. No you could not because you would be unable to attack without fighting energy. Note that a blend energy or a prism will always have to be discarded, due to them providing fighting energy. In conjunction with Metronome, you do not have to discard fighting energy because metronome ignores the requirement of the attack.

3. Yes. Attacking next turn is not a requirement of of using freeze shock. Benching a Pokemon always resets all effects including special conditions

...to note, to get the extra effect of Land's Judgment, you would have to discard at least 1 Fighting Energy on the user. So Clefable could opt not to discard its {F} Energy, but it would do only 80 damage. In Land's Judgment's case, it's not a requirement; it's a choice.

Jungle Clefable is super tricky; it doesn't discard Energy in order to use attacks but it does almost everything else.
