First of all, for a long time, there has been a "No More Evo or Pre-evo Threads" rule and the Isshu Dex has NO Pkemonn romm previous dexes. So, no.

Wouldn't be surprised to find dmaster doing his famous/infamous "dmaster out" here.
 
In my opinion yes. Also i am sick of saying this but just because there are no old Pokemon doesn't mean it's possible evo can't be in there without it. Does luvdisc or whatever need to hold Mamambous hand
 
no DUH. this is a pointless thread, it's OBVIOUS that it's luvdisc's evo. they look so much alike and luvdisc really needs an evo, too.

A lot of Pokemon from the 4th gen haven't been revealed to be evolutions of their specific pre-evo's until the people found out when playing the game.

Where's the 'Maybe' option? Because that's the only answer that is the truth. You can't know either way until it's confirmed. :/

I dunno, the scan explains that Mirohuggo evolves from Minezumi, but why not on Mamanbou from Luvdisc?
 
I don't know... The shape has changed, it looks like an ocean sunfish, whereas Luvdisc is based on a discus fish. ALTHOUGH, they are similar.
I doubt they'd make two pokemon so similar with out evo/prevo.
 
No Evo threads. Read the sticky. And yes it's the evo. :)
