Ideas For a Non-GX/EX Deck?

Hey guys! I'm looking to build a deck to play expanded but with no GX or EX Pokémon. I'll use it only against non-GX/EX deck so cards like Hoopa (SHL) are not necessary. I just don't know where to start in this project... Thanks a lot for your ideas or deck list!!

I suggest you first review a variety of the Standard Shrine decks, select the one you like most, modify it for Expanded play, and then post that list here for comments.
