I get an idea in my head or get an idea from someone else and see how I can make it work. Now my decks aren't the most optimized since I am also thinking from a budget player standpoint but still.
My original Ninetales build was actually quite effective. My current Ninetales Zoroark build still doesn't use it. Mostly because I still can't afford them.
