Some believe that there will be no rotation at all. I don't believe so either, because of what Celebi said. And to Rhyperior, no. There will be another Rhyperior in PotF.
So, about Froslass, all we have to do is wait until another Snorunt comes out, or use Garchomp Lv.X. BTW, there will be another Garchomp in PotF and POP9.

2. Yes, so what if another Alakazam/Abra were to come out? If there is no Kadabra, or Abra isn't given an attack for an insta-evolve, then what do you do? Rare Candy. If you were making a deck out of that, then what do you run? 4-0-4 Alakazam?

The solution's simple: Somewhere down the line, Snorunt will be re-released. Either that, or Nintendo doesn't really care about the Froslass card. (And I just got a second one too...)
As for Abra, that solution is simple as well: Make a Poké-Power that allows you to bypass Kadabra when evolving Abra, as long as Alakazam is in your hand, Abra's been in play since the beginning of the turn, and it isn't the first turn.

Mike Liesik said POP is looking at their options and that we should wait for the official announcement in June. He also mentioned that we should not offload our collections of old stuff yet.
