How do you make your signature change everytime you refresh the page?

I noticed that Riskbreakers, scampy, and Black Rayquaza's signatures keep changing every time I refresh the page! How do you guys do that?

It's a website that allows you to choose a bunch of images and put them on a randomizer, if I recall correctly. Unfortunately, I don't know the URL to the site. So, RB, if you'd be so kind...?
