Strategy
This deck has a pokemon for each opponent's weakness, waiting for the rainbow surprise.

Waiting for suggestions!

Sorry,but Garbodor (Dragons Exalted 54)
Ability:If this Pokémon has a Pokémon Tool card attached to it, each Pokémon in play, in each player's hand, and in each player's discard pile has no Abilities (except for Garbotoxin).

Otherwise Ho-oh is a good card to play if you have Mew-EX (Dragons Exalted 46) With its Attack:Replace And Ho-Oh-EX (Dragons Exalted 22) Ability:Rebirth.Moving energy and reviving your ho-oh its a headache to watch.

Good luck :)

Don't put Garbodor in, otherwise Ho-oh's ability will be switched off and a important ability will be unavailable

I think what he meant is that Garbodor locks Abilities therefore this deck is bad... which is not true, this deck is bad for other reasons. Garbodor doesn't stop Keldeo or Klinklang. I always wanted to try Terrakion EX in this deck. I didn't really get a chance to because I was playing something else by the time I thought about it. You could use Pump Up Smash to accelerate energy from the hand and power up another threat. It also hits Darkrai and Thundurus for Weakness and I think those decks will see a lot of play once the tins are released. If I were you, I'd try to make Terrakion a focus.

Guys,
-1 energy switch
+1 Bouffalant
next change will be taking off 1 Cobalion Ex and add 1 terrakion ex.
what you think about?

Use Ho-oh and Mew,it's like deja vu when played.
Kinda like Rayeels

Or Scramble Switch. That way you're not giving up two prizes. I wish I could give you more advice, but I haven't played around with this deck for a few sets, and most of my advice would be irrelevant.

I personally think you should scrap all the other pokemon and the idea of going for weakness hits.
I don't have exact numbers, but I would focus any ho oh deck in right now's meta on:

Ho oh EX
Bouffalant
Mewtwo EX
Tornadus EX (DXE)

I would personally only run those 4 pokemon. Heavier on mewtwo/bouffalant than tornadus.
As for trainers, I think Ho oh Could really be good with laser,
though I haven't seen a list with it just yet.

Also another idea I have been considering with Ho oh is an ether play.
If you didn't play Ho oh with lasers, I would most definitely try throwing in 3-4 ether with a lunatonepokedex ratio in there.
Again, I cannot give you exact numbers, nor should you ever trust ANYBODY's exact lists or numbers of cards to use in decks.
ALWAYS test everything for yourself and warp the deck to fit your style of play.

-1 Ho-oh EX
2 Tornadus EX
2 MewtwoEX
1 Cobalion EX
1 Keldeo EX
-1 Sigilyph (Saveguard)
-1 Virizion (Leaf Wallop)

32 Trainers
4 Professor Juniper
3 Skyla
3 N
2 Cheren
1 Colress
3 Energy Switch
4 Pokemon Catcher
3 Ultra Ball
3 Switch
1 Scramble Switch
1 Tool Scrapper
1 Max Potion
2 Aspertia City Gym

15 Energy
4 DCE
3 Combat Energy
2 Metal Energy
2 Water Energy
2 Psycho Energy
2 Grass Energy

That's probably best so you don't wiff on specific energy types, but I would still inckude Terrakion EX. The fact that he hits for Weakness is just a plus; it's still so good even outside of Darkrai and Plasmabox match ups.

Terrakion, Terrakion EX, Virizion and Cobalion ex just clump up the deck. I'd suggest adding in Mew EX to just troll around a bit, and it gives you some ways to attack your opponent with their own attacks. EX: Raiden Knuckle against a plasma box deck allows you to save bench space and forget about Ho-Oh.

with deoxys being splashed around like water at a beach..
mew ex is a terrible idea because mewtwo + xball with 1 energy (on the mew) = ko
as well as deoxy's with 1 energy attach (to the mew) = ko. bad news bears and not a good idea. the only trolling is what people will be doing to you when they take 2 free prizes.

MEW VS MEW2 is one thing but,How is mew bad?You can use other pokemon's attack like; Lugia-EX and get the 3x prize cards from OHKO on other EX cards.Without losing the actual card itself.
Use Life Dew on Mew and Ho-Oh.
Deoxys and HTL+Virbank is useful as well
I could be wrong.

Mewtwo is so versatile that it has seen play in almost every deck at some point. Now that Deoxys is out, that's just another Pokemon that takes two free prizes off of Mew. But aside from Weakness, Keldeo OHKO's it with four energies, and Darkrai OHKO's it with HTL. I doubt it would stay alive long enough to copy something like Plasma Gale, but even if it did, you only copy the attack and not the Ability, so you wouldn't take the extra prize.

Not to mention Mew is 1hko'd by Lugia and that is an easy 3 prizes.
Mew would have been an amazing EX back in Team Rocket Returns/Dragons/FireRed&LeafGreen.
With the HP so low in comparison to the HP Cap we now have, it's just all bad news and a reverse insurance policy in nearly any deck.

You both are right.
But lets think about making Mew/Ho-Oh into a speed deck.
Who will have the upper hand? It's tough, but i have seen it work from a "Gym Leader"

I'll have more details on how to build the deck after Battle Roads (Victory Cup) this sat' at my pokemon league.

I'll gladly be open to the list, but I can assure you all decks in the entire format are "speed" decks. Any Kyurem/Deoxys is at a complete advantage over Mew/Ho Oh any day before you even shuffle the cards. It's a 3 for 4 prize exchange when the 4 collide not in favor of the rainbow bird and the naked mole rat.
