I don't think that the decks taken 2 spots in one if nine toutnaments is going to decide a new tier placement. But if they continue to top cut (which I think is a decent choice then yes I would add them to the tier 1 list since the reason plasma is there is fast heavy hitters which big basics can easily do

I said this in another thread too, but the reason this saw such success is because of the absurd amount of Darkrai/Garbodor in that region. They promptly lost directly after making it into cut.

This deck has problems with a majority of the meta and I think it was merely a good meta call at a tournament with an odd representation of decks. I don't think it warrants it Tier 1 or even anything close to it though. Can't see it being a solid contender at other regionals since metas will diversify as the format progresses.
 
Another Top 8 finish in AZ! Props to the player running this deck.

Time to make it 3 in a row in IN this weekend, hopefully.
